Registrants with a complimentary demos-only ticket will not receive access to any recordings, unless they add on recorded demo access for a fee.

Yes! When you registered a confirmation message was sent automatically (sender = Leading Learning, subject line = “Thanks for registering for the Learning Business Summit!”). If you did not see that e-mail after registering, check your spam folder, and, if you still do not see it, please contact us at [email protected].
You should also receive a receipt for your credit card transaction via Stripe (our online payment processor); the sender for the receipt will be Tagoras, Inc.

If you purchased a ticket (versus the free live-demo-only ticket), then you have choices to make on January 28 and 29, as there are six time slots when two sessions run concurrently. We'll remind you in the lead-up to the live sessions to review the descriptions so you can decide which session you prefer to join live, knowing you'll later be able to access the recording of the other session.
After you register, you immediately have access to on-demand bonus content available on the Recordings page.
The bonus content includes some of the best from our past events and Webinars, including:
Leading Learning is a CAE Registered Provider, and you may submit your participation in the live educational sessions to ASAE in support of an initial CAE application or a CAE renewal. We will submit the Learning Business Summit to ASAE for review and approval once the full schedule is finalized. No CAE credit will be available for the demo sessions. We anticipate a total 9 hours of CAE credit will be available if you participate in all the live education sessions.
We invite you to join the private LinkedIn group we're using to extend and continue conversations about and from the summit. Simply go to the LinkedIn group and request access. We will approve the request as soon as we see it. Once you’re in, we encourage you to introduce yourself, review and respond to some of the recent posts, and post any questions you have or anything you want to share with your learning business colleagues.
Unlike most events, we're willing to back ours up with a money-back guarantee. If you attend and don't feel you get good value for the investment, simply send us an e-mail saying you want a refund, and we'll give you one. We may ask you to tell us why—we like to learn, after all—but you won't get an argument.
We offer patron opportunities for technology companies that want to host a demonstration on day three of the summit as well as for other companies and organizations who want to show their support for the learning business community but do not want to host a demo. To get details, contact us at [email protected].
Then please e-mail us at [email protected]. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
