About this speaker
Diane Bégin is currently a university instructor in digital technologies and leads communications for a national science-based organization. Curiosity is one of her core values, hence why she’s in her element leading learning and communications. Her expertise spans strategic planning to execution of activities for all forms of paid, earned, and owned media.
Over the past few years she also made the shift from in-class to virtual instructor-led teaching as a result of pandemic-impacted learner expectations. Her work has won several awards including with the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education, Canadian Public Relations Society, and International Association of Business Communicators.
She holds an MA in Communications and Technology from the University of Alberta and a bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Lethbridge. She is also Accredited in Public Relations (APR).
