About this speaker
Rowell Mariano, DTM, AWLP, CSSYB, DipIRM, MAHRI, MHRM, has more than a decade of experience in human resources and organizational development across multiple sectors, including food processing and retailing, manufacturing and distribution, information technology, business services, and academia. He has developed and implemented training programs and has served as a resource speaker for various local and intentional organizations in both the public and private sectors across the globe.
The author of Will It FIT? A Guide for Training Professionals and Enthusiasts, Rowell is also the first Filipino to serve as a Commissioner for the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and was recognized as the 2016 PSTD Gawad Maestro Outstanding Learning and Development Professional.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Rizal System-Morong, a Diploma in Industrial Relations Management from De La Salle University-Manila, and a Master of Human Resource Management with Distinction from the University of Newcastle, Australia.
He is a Distinguished Toastmaster of Toastmasters International, a Certified Associate in Workplace Learning and Performance of the Philippine Society for Talent Development, a Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt Trained by Six Sigma Philippines, and a professional member of the Australian Human Resource Institute.
