About this Session
Blended learning isn’t new, but it’s newly relevant in a world emerging from the pivot to fully online instruction caused by COVID-19. It appeals powerfully to learners by combining the social benefits of in-person learning with the convenience of online learning. And learning businesses have an opportunity to leverage individuals’ increased comfort with online learning to create learning experiences that integrate the best of both e-learning and place-based instruction.
Drawing on an executive briefing on blended learning to be published by Leading Learning, this session defines blended learning; uses a STEP framework for determining an appropriate model for blended learning based on audience and objectives; and offers examples of what learning businesses have tried. As an attendee, you’ll be among the very first to get access to the executive briefing to help you build your blended learning playbook.
For this session, Jeff and Celisa are joined by Michelle Brian, who was with WBT Systems at the time of the Webinar.
