Three for the Price of One: Maximize Content Through Multiple Media Channels
A Session by Stephen Legault (Director of Knowledge, Learning & Assessment, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP))
About this Session
You’ve planned the conference or Webinar, corralled speakers and experts, and you’ve got a great enduring session to put in your learning management system. But, with all that work, wouldn’t it be nice if you could expand the reach of that content?
The American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians creates over 100 hours of continuing medical education content every year and has an LMS with 100s of hours of CME for purchase. Additionally, ACOFP runs multiple grant programs with different deliverable requests that require the same subject matter experts from the planning to the presenting. What if there was a way to leverage everyone’s time more effectively and create multiple pieces of content for different channels and platforms? There is, it’s relatively easy and cost-effective, and, with AI tools, it’s easier than ever.
This session will cover how podcasts can become blogs, how live sessions can become podcasts, and how conference sessions can be incorporated into other learning formats. Using multiple modes of distribution also allows people with different learning styles the ability to engage with the content, and it can get you to access audiences (such as international or affiliated groups) you wouldn’t otherwise be exposed to. Come learn how to organize your ecosystem of learning to create a feedback loop that benefits all your products.
