Who should participate?
The Learning Business Summit is designed specifically for professionals who work in learning businesses and who are serious about improving their organization’s reach, revenue, and impact.
What is a learning business?
A learning business markets and sells continuing education, professional development, and/or lifelong learning to adults. Learning businesses include trade and professional associations, training firms, continuing education divisions, and others serving the market for adult lifelong learning.
Where does the Learning Business Summit take place?
Online. Travel is not required for you to participate. We’ll use Zoom to deliver the live sessions, and all sessions and recordings will be accessed via this site where you are now.
What is the agenda for the Summit?
We put a great deal of time into curating a highly-relevant, learning business-focused agenda for the Summit and it will be a while before we finish that process for 2025. You can, however, access the 2024 Learning Business Summit agenda to get a good idea of the types of topics and speakers the event tends to feature.
How much will it cost?
We have not finalized pricing for the 2025 conference but we expect it to be similar to what we charged for 2024: $495 for an individual registration and $1,295 for a group registration (up to five people). Note: these were the full ticket prices. People who were on our early notification list got substantially lower pricing. So, we highly recommend signing up for the notification list.
I’m not available for all or part of the event dates. Can I still participate?
Yes. We encourage you to participate in the live sessions as much as possible because live participation provides the opportunity to ask questions, share your experience, and interact with presenters and other attendees. But all education sessions and demos will be recorded. Recordings will be made available to registrants with a paid ticket. Registrants with a complimentary demos-only ticket will not receive access to any recordings, unless they add on recorded demo access for a fee.
Will you record the sessions?
Yes. All education sessions and demos will be recorded. Recordings will be made available to registrants with a paid ticket. Registrants with a complimentary demos-only ticket will not receive access to any recordings, unless they add on recorded demo access for a fee.
What are the registration options?
Individual and group registrations for the education sessions and demos are available. The group registration offers cost savings if 3 or more people from your team attend. Additionally, complimentary live-demo-only registration will be available; the free ticket will not include access to the education sessions or any recordings.
Is CAE credit available?
Tagoras, the company behind Leading Learning, is a CAE Registered Provider. The 2024 Learning Business Summit was approved by ASAE for 9 hours of CAE credit and we anticipate approval for a similar amount in 2025. Assuming approval, you will be able to submit your participation in the live educational sessions at the summit in support of an initial CAE application or a CAE renewal.
What if I attend and don’t find it valuable?
Unlike most events, we’re willing to back ours up with a money-back guarantee. If you attend and don’t feel you get good value for the investment, simply send us an e-mail saying you want a refund, and we’ll give you one. We may ask you to tell us why – we like to learn, after all – but you won’t get an argument.
How can we sponsor the summit?
We offer patron opportunities for technology companies that want to host a demonstration on day three of the summit as well as for other companies and organizations who want to show their support for the learning business community but do not want to host a demo. To get the details, contact us at leadinglearning@tagoras.com.
What if my question isn’t answered here?
